Maryland Renaissance Festival

You’re in for fun, feasting, crafts and thrilling entertainment! The 27-acre Village of Revel Grove comes to life with over 200 professional performers on 10 stages, authentic jousting and streets filled with lively characters. Find trinkets and crafts from over 140 artisans and enjoy libations and food at 5 taverns and 42 food and beverage emporiums.

Food options include: 1-pound smoked turkey legs, steak of a stake, fresh crepes, gyros, succulent ribs, a fresh raw seafood bar, sandwiches, ales, cider and wines galore.

Guinness Open Gate Brewery & Barrel House

This is the first Guinness Brewery to open in the United States and is located on the site of the first distillery to open in the states after prohibition.

Crab Feast

If the food at the faire didn’t fill you up, you’re about to get stuffed! This crab feast includes all-you-can-eat steamed crabs, Maryland fried chicken, dry-rubbed ribs, corn on the cob, Cole slaw, potato salad, mixed greens salad, watermelon and a mouth-watering strawberry shortcake.

Maryland State House

A colonial-attired guide will accompany you to the Maryland State House, which is the oldest U.S. State House in continuous legislative use. In the restored Old Senate Chamber, George Washington resigned his commission as Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army and the Treaty of Paris was ratified ending the Revolutionary War.
