Bus Trip Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your trip (we will miss having you!), please reach out to one of our representatives as soon as possible 888-927-8927 to avoid trip cancellation fees.

Charter Trips
A full refund will be provided to the client if cancelled at least 14 days PRIOR to the trip date. Unfortunately, permits, entrance/access fees, parking and any other fees A-1 Tours pre-paid for, will not be refunded. Failure to cancel a trip in accordance with this bus trip refund policy may be subject to a full fare charge, wait time, gratuity, as well as all applicable fees and taxes.

Multi-Day Tours
Our trip cancellation and refund policy for cancelling a multi-day bus tour is as follows:
If you cancel 45 or more days BEFORE your tour departs you will receive a full refund for the cost of the tour.
If you cancel WITHIN 45 days before your tour departs you will incur the following fees:

Tours under $300: $50/person fee*
Tours under $301-500: $75/person fee*
Tours under $501-700: $100/person fee*
Tours under $701-1500: $125/person fee*
Tours under $1501 & up: $250/person fee*

*These fees are in addition to any money that may have been advanced on your behalf. Show, event and admission tickets are non-refundable and are the property of A-1 Tours. In addition, should a member of your party cancel their trip, you will be responsible for the increased cost to a single (from a double), a double (from a triple) or a triple (from a quad).

One-Day Tours
Our trip cancellation and refund policy for cancelling a one-day bus tour is as follows:
If you cancel 30 or more days BEFORE your tour departs you will receive a full refund for the cost of the tour.
If you cancel WITHIN 30 days before your tour departs you will incur the following fees:
Tours under $100: $20/person fee*
Tours under $101-200: $30/person fee*
Tours under $201 & up: $40/person fee*

*These fees are in addition to any money that may have been advanced on your behalf. Show, event and admission tickets are non-refundable and are the property of A-1 Tours.

Sports Tours
If the game you are planning to attend should be postponed prior to the time that the bus is scheduled to make its first pickup, then all payments to A-1 Tours will be refunded (minus the cost of the ticket, and any non refundable costs laid out on your behalf). Clients may travel, on their own, to the re-scheduled game, and utilize their ticket based on the policies of each individual team/stadium. (A-1 will mail you your ticket). A-1 has no liability to offer transportation to the game on the re-scheduled date.

Cancellation on game day (after departure) - Should a game be postponed after making its first pickup, or prior to a complete game being played, no refunds will be issued. Clients may travel, on their own, to the rescheduled game, and utilize their ticket based on the policies of each individual team/stadium. A-1 has no liability to offer transportation to the event on the re-scheduled date.

Tickets for a postponed game may be used on the rescheduled date or (depending on availability) exchanged for another game based on the policies of each individual team/stadium.
