Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory

I scream, You scream, We all scream for Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream! As you will learn on your tour, Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield were two best friends who both loved ice cream and after splitting the cost of a $5 correspondence course on ice0cream making from Penn State, opened their first “scoop shop” in an old gas station in Burlington, VT in 1978. Fast forward to today and that small scoop shop has seen a major upgrade. At the factory you will see the Cow Over the Moon “moo-vee,” the Production Room, Flavor Room, and gift/scoop shop.

Franconia Notch State Park

Franconia Notch State Park is located in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest and was home to the famous Old Man of the Mountain, the same “Great Stone Face” immortalized by Nathaniel Hawthorne and Daniel Webster.
