- If cancelled between time of booking and 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date no cancellation fee will apply. A full refund will be issued.
- If cancelled 14-8 days prior to the scheduled tour date $200.00 cancellation fee will apply.
- If cancelled 7 days or closer to schedule tour date no refund will be given.
- A stricter cancellation policy may apply to some tours. If so, you will be advised at the time of booking.
Our cancellation policy is based on the tour inclusions and will vary accordingly. Please know that cancellation for each project will be made at the time of booking. General guidelines are as follows:
- $250.00 deposit at the time of booking – typically refundable until 91 days.
- Final payment 60-90 days prior to tour start.
